You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
To request cancellation, contact customer support immediately with your order number.
If the cancellation is confirmed before dispatch:
You will receive a full refund of the purchase price (excluding non-refundable payment gateway charges, if any).
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Items that have been modified, mishandled, or misused after delivery.
